Phase 1 - Brick and Netting Project
• Renovation of backstop area.
• Removal of chain link & supporting poles behind home plate.
• Construction of 3’ brick retaining wall.
• Installation of 40’ tall netting extending backstop area to a height of 43’.
• Construction of perimeter fence around the spectator area of the complex.
• Total cost of Phase 1: $36,000.

Phase 2 - Fencing Project
• Removal of current chain link outfield and foul territory fencing.
• Repainting support poles white prior to installing new fencing.
• Installation of new corrugated metal fencing with white trim on top of fence.
• Construction of storage area in left field for storage of portable batting cage and batting practice screens.
• Total cost of Phase 2: $30,000.
• Phase 2 – COMPLETED JAN. 2011.
Phase 3 - Field Lighting Project
• Installation of field lighting around the perimeter of the park.
• Installation of 8 light poles to provide superior lighting quality for night games.
• Each light pole will consist of 3 rows of 4 bulbs for a total of 12 lights per pole.
• Lighting system will be linked to a grid pattern to ensure complete coverage of playing surface.
• Total cost of Phase 3: $195,000.
• Phase 3 – UNDERWAY.
Phase 4 - Additions to Grandstand, Concessions and Entry Way to Complex
• Installation of 11 row extensions to the current grandstand down each baseline.
• Each wing will match the current grandstand and will be engineered to complete a seating area from dugout to dugout.
• Construction of a concession area behind the grandstand on the 1st base side of the complex.
• This construction will also include an area for a ticket booth at the entrance of the park.
• A fan-friendly entry way will be the final project of this plan
• Total cost of Phase 4: $230.000
• Fundraising for Phase 4 will begin following the completion of Phase 3.
Phase 5 - Infield Turf Project
• Excavation of infield area.
• Installation of aggregate base and drainage system prior to laying turf.
• Installation of artificial field turf with a rubber/sand infill.
• This will provide a half turf half natural grass surface and help eliminate the chances of bad weather days.
• Total cost of Phase 5: $220,000.
• Fundraising for Phase 5 will begin following the completion of Phase 4.
