Heline And Gutierrez Named To All-Conf. Teams

RICHARDSON, Texas - The American Southwest Conference today announced the 2009 All-Conference teams and Howard Payne's Tamika Heline and Amanda Gutierrez were honored.
First-Team All-West Division
Tamika Heline, SO, OH
Tamika led the Lady Jackets with 313 kills on the year good for sixth overal in the ASC. She was second on the team in digs with 278 and second in service aces with 29.
Honorable Mention All-West Division
Amanda Gutierrez, SR, MH
Amanda led Howard Payne in hitting pct. with .278 placing her tenth in the ASC. She was second on the team in total blocks with 58 and her 259 kills is good for second at HPU this year.
