RICHARDSON, Texas –– Wide receiver, Tre Mason, was named CO-ASC Freshman of the Year along with three other Howard Payne football players to the 2008 American Southwest Conference football awards, the ASC office announced on Thursday after a vote of the league's nine head coaches.
